FindEzly Mobile App can serve AtHome & AtStore services to customers on demand basis. The different category services are Salon & Beauty, Carpenter, Electrical , Painting, Plumber, home appliances (AC, TV, Geyser, washing Machine, Refrigerator), Cleaning, Sanitization & Disinfection service.

-    Download FindEzly Mobile App from playstore.
-    Select the service you require from the services Category from mobile app home page.  
-    Add your required service then schedule your convenient time. After that, move to cart for payment

-    You may be asked to add your payment details either pay Cash, Online Payment, promo code (if any), Wallet Amount (If any) and confirm the request. Finally, submit the request

-    Wait for a Service Provider's to accept your request. 

-    When your request has been accepted, the service provider will come and do the service for you.

Cancellation Policy:

We thank you for the opportunity to provided to us to serve the service with you. Please read the below cancellation policy. 

You can cancel a request at any time before or after your request has been accepted by your Service Pro's.


To cancel the request before it is accepted:
-    Go to booking select the order request then Tap the Cancel button.
-    Confirm Cancellation. You can see the status of the order as cancellation. The request will go to Service Provider about cancellation of the service order. Repeated Cancellations will result in the temporary suspension of your account.


To cancel the request after it is accepted:
-    Go to booking select the order request then Tap the Cancel button.
-    Select the reason for cancellation.
Confirm cancellation.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee.Repeated cancellations will result in the temporary suspension of your account.


To cancel a service once the Service Provider has arrived at the location and started the job:
-    Go to booking select the order request then Tap the Cancel button.
-    Select the reason for cancellation.
Confirm Cancellation.
A cancellation/ inconvenience fee will be applied. Repeated cancellations will result in the temporary suspension of your account.


If the order is not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the vendors then the order shall be cancelled and refunded.

Refund Policy:

The refund policy is applicable to all online transaction made through FindEzly Mobile App. We take anywhere from 7-14 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.

I have still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
-    If you have received a notification from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.
